Where do you get your apparels? To me, being in the marketing field, it is very important that I dress well as the Marketing Head of a Technical College in my area. It is also important that I use corporate apparels nice and carry them well. That is why I buy mine only from the trusted experts, I only buy those high quality ones and make sure that I look good with the apparels that I buy.
My sister who also works in a hotel as a front desk officer also needs to dress well and neat at all times so she makes it a point that all the apparels the she wear fits her position well, including her hotel uniforms. Her husband is also a manager in a known restaurant in our area, this is why her husband is so meticulous and vain when it comes to his physical outlook specially when at work, This is why she makes sure that her husband’s restaurant uniforms are well taken care of by their helper who handles their apparels.
What we wear indeed reflects toward our personality, like the old saying goes: First impressions, last!

I do not know if you guys are aware of this service available on the internet. I am not sure if you already have heard about payday loan. I heard about this from my cousin and I almost wanted to try it because it really caught my interest.
When I was still working as a the Head of the Marketing Department in a Technical – Vocational School located just near my place, I used to have a lot of problem due to the small salary that I was earning though the job was pretty challenging and rewarding in such ways.
I told my friend who was in a bad need of money during that time and he tried it. The following day, he already got his loan, it was amazingly fast. My friend got the money he needed right in time, right when he needed it, just perfect timing and he was so happy about it.

I had a financial problem last week, I had to borrow money immediately from my friends but they could not lend me the money I needed at that particular time. My godaddy auction account was about to be closed due to the unpaid domain that I won from the auction. I was told by a friend that at godaddy, the bid winner has seven days to pay for the won domain, but he was wrong. Godaddy warned me of getting that auction account closed if I would not be able to pay within 24 hours after the third day of winning the domain.
To make the story short, I had a big trouble because I did not have that sufficient amount needed that time. But I have recievables the next day. It’s a good thing that I know about a site that could release a cash loan in as fast as 24 hours once approved. I tried it and got approved. Problem solved.

This article must be or may become the solution to many people who have Math problems in their studies. I myself had a very big problem with my math subject when I was still studying. This is why I would like to share the solution that I have discovered from a good friend of mine.
It’s about the On-line Math help that he discovered and shared to me which I then shared to many of the students I know, which I am now sharing to those who are reading this website. I understand how a student suffers from his or her mathematics assignments, those computations, the scratch papers, the x & y axis, the find x and find y problems, the sleepless nights because of reviewing those hard to understand formulas, and end up after submitting your home works, you will still get very low grades, or failing grades on your examinations. I used to hate math, Indeed.
I should have discovered this Algebra help that this friend of mine shared to me when I was also in my high school days, or even college days. I used to take summer classes because of my math subjects. Perhaps this could be a good news to many students.

Now a days, it is very dangerous outside our homes. A lot of crimes happen in the streets, you can hear and watch from the news a lot of unsafe happenings. It is indeed very dangerous now a days. I used to say that once you step out of your own house, it is no longer safe. But I was wrong! Because even inside our own houses is no longer that safe.
This is why I bought a Home Security Surveillance System for my house. I bought this alarm system not just for the protection of my house but for the safety of my family as well. This kind of a Home Security that I bought monitors my house inside out and report any incident that seems not normal to the monitors of the manufacturer of the security system and the monitor will report to the nearby authority if necessary.
I am so glad I bought this Home Security Systems and I am so happy with its performance. I have ever tested its performance when I was out of town with my family. When a burglar came into my house and the burglar managed to get out but days later, he was caught by the police.

My major is Computer Secretarial but not many people know my interest in drawing, as a matter of fact I took BS Architecture at the University of the Assumption of San Fernando, Pampanga. From young I really liked to draw, and I loved drawing houses. I actually made my own luxury dream home plans.
Unfortunately, I had to change my major into a lesser expensive one due to some financial matter. But that did not stop me from making my own home plans. I have learned how to use the AutoCad or the software for computer-aided drawing and it made me learn more and gave me better techniques & tricks for my house plans.
Right now, I am working really hard to get the my dreams house in two to five years from now. And my design will the reality of my dream house or dream home.

“Why are we here?” Dr. Martin Luther King was asked. “Life requires our service,” was his reply. Service is the key. Throw yourself into his idea. How can I be of service, or how best can I serve? And keep serving? The greatest thing in the world is the opportunity to be of service to others. There is an entire world crying out for our help, our ideas, our endless products and services.
There is much to be said for the old cliche “Service with a smile.” If your attitude is positive and you go the extra mile, giving added service over and above that which is required, then you are well on your way to becoming a fulfilled person. The habit of giving more and better service brings rewards in many forms – both in the heart and in the pocket-book. Bread cast upon the water will return to sustain and strengthen the individual who is rendering more service and better service than is expected.
Kill ‘em with service! That’s the key to success in life. Give your very best, and work at making it better, and give others more than they expect. When you give freely, your receive abundantly. Service is the answer – service to everyone who is important to you. By serving mankind first, you can in turn be provided with everything you could possibly want or desire.

Once upon a time there were two shopkeepers who were bitter rivals. Their stores were across the street from each other, and they would spend the better part of each day sitting in the doorway, each keeping an eye on the other’s business. One night an angel appeared to one of the shopkeepers in a dream and said, “God has sent me to teach you a lesson. He will give you anything you ask for, but I want you to know that whatever you get, your competitor across the street will receive twice as much.
“Would you like to be wealthy? You can be very wealthy, but your neighbor will be twice as rich. Do you want to lead a long and healthy life? This you can have, but your neighbor’s life will be longer and healthier. You can be famous, have children you will be proud of, whatever you desire. But whatever is granted to you, your competitor will be granted twice as much.”
The man frowned, thought for a moment, and said, “All right, my request is this: Strike me blind in one eye.”
We tend to be cruel and vent our rage against those we secretly envy. If a man has a better garden, he is envied by his neighbors; if he gains a promotion, he is envied by his fellow workers; if he is able to cope with events so that he lives happily, he is envied by failures. Yet in the end we only hurt ourselves with envy.

One of our most common and worst mistakes is to cover up our own abilities and potentialities by trying to be something we are not. A person could spend a lifetime studying the writings of Toni Morrison and never be able to write like her. The same would apply to sports, singing, acting or anything else. If the person trying to write like this famed author would write naturally, he or she would have a much better chance of succeeding.
In doing what we most enjoy, we will probably make our greatest contribution to society, and the contribution we make to society will determine our rewards, both in real and in psychological terms. As you sow, so shall you reap – there are no exceptions to this rule.
Finding our real abilities that we usually keep buried is like prospecting for gold. It’s not necessarily easy, but we don’t mind the digging so much when we know the gold is really there. Unless we can find our true selves, we will never really know what it means to be fulfilled – to wake up in the morning eager for the day to begin. Finding the best work that we are suited for is the number-one responsibility for adult life. We can all do hundreds of things well, but one of those things we can do with uncommon ease and facility. When that happens, our work becomes our play. We are truly successful.

Dr. Benjamin E. Mays, president emeritus of Morehouse College, explained that each of us can reach our level of true greatness – if we know what greatness is. Dr. Mays said, “Wealth, position, or power are no measure of greatness. Greatness is defined by what we have become and what we might have been. The people who close this gap we call great.”
What makes the great, great? Ask Alice Walker. After graduating from high school as valedictorian, young Alice was so poor that her neighbors took a collection to purchase her seventy-five-dollar bus ticket to Atlanta’s Spelman College. But poverty proved to be no match. Today Alice Walker lives in a manner in which few do because her books are read by millions.
What makes the great, great? “I know the bitter taste of poverty” said Bessie Smith. “I’ve gone to bed with the gnawing pain of hunger.” Though barefoot and dirt poor, she single-handedly created the musical expression that became known as the blues.
What makes the great, great? Though criticized, ridiculed, and told that colored players would never be allowed to compete. Andrew Rube Foster stayed true to his aim. In 1921 Foster formed the Negro League, professional baseball’s first all-black organization.
What makes the great, great? After attending college in New York, Edith Sampson returned to her tiny Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, home and saw her mother weeping. “Mother, why are you crying?” Edith asked. “We may not be able to keep you in school,” her mother replied.
“Don’t worry,” her daughter responded. “I’ll find a way. I’ll study at home, at night, and every chance I get. Mother, you’ll be proud, and I will finish!” Edith Sampson consequently became the first black female elected judge in the United States.
“What makes the great, great?” The answer lies within your heart. Begin now to close the gap and realize your destiny.

Men find it an advantage if he knows the basic facts about women. In this way, they may impress the girl they like and at the same time understand them so to improve their relationship with them. Aside form the physical characteristics such as being tall, dark, handsome, rich, and with a sense of humor, girls liked men who are also intelligent for they reflect a man who can provide for his family’s needs.
Studies also revealed that girls are turned-off with man with a clean shaven body or a half bald look. This is because bald look is associated with their fathers and grandfather’s old age. Being bald makes them look old. Here is a list of what it takes to impress a girl.
1. Drive a flashy car. Driving a flashy car is a major turn-on to a woman for it reflects a man with a secured future. And it is a natural instinct of women to prefer a man who is good at providing resources.
2. Have a deep dominating voice. Survey revealed that a woman prefer men with deep voices because this shows dominance and strength. Women especially liked men who can use their voice both passionately and assertively.
3. Dance like John Travolta. Women finds some dancing style attractive too. Somewhat like the Flamboyant dance style of John Travolta in the movie ” Saturday Night Fever”. Women finds men’s dancing style as a reflection of what is going on inside his head. Somehow a John Travolta’s flamboyant dance showed a man who is in control of his mind.

Who would forget the Chenobyl Accident which caused numerous deaths, contaminations to people and cancer apparently due to the accident? The number of children born with defects and autism increased in those areas where the accident happened and it was linked to radiation exposure of the parents.
It was such a unique even that it was the only accident in the history of Nuclear Power in which fatalities are result of radiation contamination. The 1986 disaster was a product of a flawed reactor design which is operated by inadequately trained personnel who made serious mistakes. The peculiarity of design caused a dramatic power surge that caused a two part explosion. The first explosion happened when the fuel element ruptured and the cover plate of the reactor is forced to lift up releasing fission products into the air. According to experts the second explosion is caused by the burned graphite for nine days which basically released the radioactivity into the air. This accident killed 90 people including those 28 persons that died from radiation exposure.
About 200 persons involved in the clean-up operation were treated for poisoning due to radiation. The main casualties are among those firefighters who attempted to extinguish the initial explosion not knowing that those situations are the most dangerous.

Rhytophobia is the term used to describe one’s intense irrational fear of wrinkles especially on one’s face. The term was derived from the Greek terms “Rhytos” meaning “wrinkles” and “Phobos” meaning “fear”. The formation of wrinkles on the face is inevitable. This forms as we grow older. Older ones shows more wrinkle than younger ones. But rhytophobic person missed the fact that these wrinkles are part of every body’s growing years and the development of it is inevitable. Perhaps they are unable to face the fact that everybody will grow old. A rhytophobic person does everything to prevent the formation of wrinkles. When confronted with their fear, they may begin to perspire, feel uncomfortable and trapped, and complain breathing discomfort. Severe symptoms may let the person experience a panic attack and paralyzing worries. Like other phobia, it may also be caused by a traumatic experience from a person’s past. As soon as rhytophobia is diagnosed, the person should see a therapist specializing in the treatment of this phobia. If not treated immediately, this phobia may stop a person’s ability to function properly. Treatment to rhytophobia, like other phobias, needs the person to redirect the mislead perception about wrinkles and replace these negative perception with a positive one.

According to ancient legend, there was an African tribe that was always at war with other tribes. They caused great destruction and pillaged at will. They had no morals, love or compassion. A concerned elder of a nearby tribe moved quickly to try to save his people. He called together members from neighboring tribes in an attempt to right the wrongs. After much discussion the wise an insightful elder decided to take the key to his tribe’s potential and hide it where the warring tribe could never find it. Where to hide this power became the question of huge importance.
Some suggested he bury it deep into the earth. Other said to place it on top of the highest mountain. Still other thought it best to sink it deep into the ocean. There was no agreement until the elder who had gathered the together said, “Here is what we will do. We will hide mankind’s omnipotent power deep within man himself, for he will never think to look for it there. ”
Since this tale was told, Black America has traveled the globe, climbing, digging, probing, exploring and constantly searching for something that it already possesses. Nearly a century ago, Marcus Garvey discovered it, Sixty years later, both A. Philip Randolph and Roy Wilkins found it and shared its secret with those who would listen. But as the story goes, our inexhaustible potential – our greatest gift – has been the best kept secret of the ages.

There is a way out of limitation that never fails, and it’s shockingly simple. It calls for no formalities, no money, no effort, and little risk. It is obvious enough when you realize it, but so many overlook it. Here’s a clue: Be still, be quiet, and listen to your spirit. If you will listen to your spirit, you will be amazed at the quick and striking results you will obtain. When you align yourself with this force – the inner voice – you are always in divine order. Everything about you will have meaning and purpose, and though the inner voice can be suppressed, it can never be silenced.
The Creator uses every aspect of you being – spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual – to communicate with us. When we learn to look for answers inwardly rather than outwardly, we no longer give people, institutions, or traditions authority to define who we are or what we can become. Although this tranformation will cost nothing, it will not be free. As a matter of fact it will cost you a great deal, because the price o success always requires some type of payment.
And what exactly is the price? None other than your life! If you are prepared to render this sum, your results will be automatic and the answers you seek will not be very far. During the recent presidential inauguration Reverend William DeVeaux, pastor of Washington, D.C.s, A.M.E. church, told President Clinton, “It takes great listening as well as great preaching to make a great sermon.” God speaks to those who take time to listen.

It is not inconceivable that a few generations from now historians may record this age as the period of mankind’s greatest folly. In the midst of the greatest abundance the world has ever seen, far too many suffer because of negative mental attitudes. These poor souls remain enmeshed in the jaws of despair and hopelessness when happiness is within their reach.
They are like a sculptor having both the training and the tools with which to work, standing before a huge block of marble, admiring its beauty yet never turning a hand. Or like the man who despises the darkness but sits alone in his modern home refusing to turn on the light switch. Will it be strange if future generations call them foolish? How many among us really believe that all good is ours right now? Not one in a thousand. For too long we have formed the habbit of thinking a thing “too good to be true.” Nothing is too good to be true!
The world is full of people who believe that choice is dead and freedom is a thing of the past. But we must continue to make choices – choices that will eventually determine our destiny. Your greatest gift is the power of choice.
Maggie L. Walker, America’s first black female bank president, gave a rousing speech in which she said, “When it comes to success, the choice is simple. You can either stand up and be counted, or lie down and be counted out!” Choosing the right mental attitude is basic to all achivement.

The question “What is Truth?” is the cry of every person’s soul at some time in his or her life. Truth is the state in which spirit dwells, a state of perfection that is eternally, creatively active. Truth may be defined as the action of spirit.
For example, most of us think of ourselves as standing wearily and helplessly at the corner of a circle bristling with tasks, burdens, problems, annoyances, and responsibilities that are rushing in upon us. At every moment we have a dozen different things to do, a host of problems to solve, a dozen challenges to endure. We see ourselves as overridden, overburdened, and overworked.
This is a common picture – but it is not the truth. No one, however crowded his or her life, has such an existence. What is the true picture of life? Imagine sands passing through an hourglass, one at a time. This is the only way they can come. The day may bring many tasks and problems, but invariably they come in single file. They just trickle down one by one. And how do we handle them? One at a time.
Beware of half-truths. You might get hold of the wrong half. Truth is something that must be known in the heart, accepted in the mind, and enacted in life.

It is often oppressive circumstances that on gathers hope. Hope is the father of achievement. It reinforces ability, redoubles energy, fortifies existing talent, and increases faith. Armed with the power of hope, Rosa Parks sat down so that an entire race could stand up.
Hope places everything within perspective. It was hope that rescued the spirits of W.E.B. DuBois as he overcame racism and abuse at Harvard University and became the school’s first African-American Phi Beta Kappa. It was ope that propelled Naylor Fitzhugh through Harvard’s radically charged atmosphere nearly forty years later then he became the first African American to earn a master’s degree in business administration. And it was HOPE that enabled a shy farm girl named Annie Mae Bullock to endure hardship, an abusive marriage, and the roller-coaster ride of the music industry. Today, Janet Jackson fills concert halls as millions jam to watch her strut her stuff.
As our ancestors toiled within the cotton fields of the South, hope was born. As they worked, they composed songs, “sorrow songs,” out of their evironment. With eyes of faith, they could look beyond their innediate enslavement and translate hope out of their existing circumstances.
Remember, life may not always run smoothly. Life sometimes travels in a downward spiral. Sometimes on the road to success we get weary. Our feet hurt. It is during these trying moments that we must fill our hearts with hope.

The United Negro College Fund professes that “a mind is a terrible thing to waste.” Latch onto this thought. It’s the first step on the road to freedom and prosperity. Mind is cause, and experience is effect.
Everything happens to us twice in life. First the inner, and then the outer. First the mental, then the physical. First the thought, then the thing. All causation is mental.
Harmonious living tells of harmonious thinking. A turbulent life reveals some kind of inner turmoil. We may believe that we are positive, settled people, but if we notice troubles or conflicts in our outer conditions, we must look within to see what inner negativity has surfaced. If you want to know what’s in your subconscious, you don’t have to go to a psychiatrist. Just look at the condition of your home, your car, your health, your relationships. Outer events are simply skin and bones of inner thoughts.
Whatever you experience in life is really the outpicturing of your thoughts up to this point. Change your thoughts and beliefs, and the outer picture must change also. Judge not according to appearances, but according to your mind’s eye.

Most people haven’t the slightest idea of who they are and what they are. When questioned about their true identity many are equally confused. Who are you?
Historically, we were called “nigger” before we had the right to vote, “niagras” when just a few of us went to the polls, “colored folk” when our numbers began to swell, and “Negroes” when we began the great migration north in the forties and fifties. But who are you? With the power in the 1960s came self-respect. “Black,” it seemed, was the final step on the road to dignity and equality. Not so, say many leaders and social activists of the day. “African American,” it has been said, is the proper term. But again, I ask, who are you?
Each of us sooner of later will search for you true identity. For example, ”wetbacks” became “illegal aliens” and then “undocumented workers.” The “old” became the “elderly” and now “senior citizens”; the “crippled” became “handicapped,” “disabled” and now “physically challenged.”
If any of the above labels – African American, black, Negro, of Coloured – seems symbollically out of place, then of course it should and must go. But if you told me that you are a “mind with a body,” a spiritual being, apart of the great “I AM,” you would be closer to the truth. You would be in line with the African proverb that states, “If you don’t know who you are, anyone can name you; and if anyone can name you, you will answer to anything.”
